Legacy Foods acquired by CHS Inc.

On April 1, 2008, CHS Inc., a leading energy and grain-based foods company, acquired Legacy Foods.  CHS will operate the business as part of its oilseed processing group.  Michael Considine and his management team will continue daily management oversight from the Hutchinson, Kansas, office.  The company will be known as CHS and all employees will become CHS employees.
