What is the protein content of meat analogs?

What is the soy health claim?
On October 26, 1999 the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) allowed the following health claim linking consumption of soy protein with a reduced risk of heart disease. "25 grams of soy protein a day, as part of a diet low in saturated fat and cholesterol, may reduce the risk of heart disease". Can soy products cause allergic reactions?
Soy is classified as one of the "big eight" allergens and can cause reactions if people are sensitive to soy proteins.

Do meat analogs contain meat?
No, all of our products are 100% vegetarian and are also certified "Kosher" by the Orthodox Union.
